Highly sensitive since childhood, I have always felt deeply attuned to the emotional and energetic experiences of others. My sensitive nervous system allows me to sense and process my surroundings in unique ways. The chakra system is one of my favorite tools because it speaks to the essential aspects of soul, consciousness, and evolution. Each chakra is like a spiritual “junk drawer.” When you clear what no longer belongs, energy flows freely again, life feels lighter and clearer, and space opens for new expansion.

I see energy much like a musical instrument. When its frequency is off, even daily life can feel out of sync.
